Not the best machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this machine a few weeks ago and ran into so many problems with it- it made great coffee but was a hassle to get it to work properly. I'm exchanging it for the Vertuo Plus and I'm hoping that I have a better experience with that one :)

Do not get this machine. It will work half the time until it becomes a brick. It's a known issue within the company.

Broke after six months

I used this maybe twice a week for less than six months and then it broke. Very, very disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really have been enjoying the coffee selection and some of the flavors. I do feel like a lot of them taste the same. That said, I have only had three different kinds since I have owned my machine for under a month. At this time, I have been greatly enjoying my purchase and plan to continue to explore more of Nespresso's coffees.

Lasted only a year.

I love that Nespresso has a recycling program for the pods, but it hurts to throw out a beautiful machine that I've had for barely a year because it started leaking all over the place and I can't stop it. I got the black/rose gold machine, and If the ratings were based on looks, I would have given five stars, but looks only go so far.

Fills Cup to Incorrect Amount

Bought a few days ago and just arrived. It came with the sample pack, and it doesn't seem to be recognizing the pods correctly as it fills the mug with the incorrect amount of coffee. 7oz pods fill mug to like 3 oz. 5oz pods fill mug to 2 oz etc.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

You'll find instructions on our website or in your user manual. Use a spent capsule to test the pour so as not to waste any and if you're still not satisfied, call 800.562.1465 for assistance. Love this Machine

I've had this machine for over a two years and I still love it. I'm the only one who drinks Espresso in my house so it's perfect for when I want a cup any time of the day but can easily make a fresh cup for any one who visits or when my husband feels like having a decaf. I'd definitely buy this machine again.
