A coffee machine to satisfy all our family’s coffee needs!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I only drink hot coffee while my husband will only drink cold brew. Since having this coffee maker, I was able to condense down to one machine because this is top-notch and does it ALL! I love that you can adjust the temperature of the coffee, I prefer mine extra hot. It brews a full pot much quicker than other makers but the taste is even better, like coffee shop quality. The design is very sleek and goes perfect with my stainless steel appliances. I’m new to the “auto-on” feature but I have been missing out, this is probably my favorite feature!

Braun more reliable products, constant H2O issue!!

I am so disappointed. I bought these coffee maker a few months ago and while it worked beautifully, it is now broken and with no support in sight. Braun support, through a third party, began the troubleshooting ticket three to 4 weeks ago. I have supplied evidence that the H2O error simply won't go away. I have done all resets, basket you name it, the machine simply boils water uninterrupted and then the water (H2o) error returns. It had become a 20 minute daily routine and it simply will not stop given me the error in spite of my attempts to follow every article and piece of information found in the item's literature. I have given up on this coffee maker and bought a french press while we sort this out. I mean, the coffee maker lasted 5 months!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love coffee, especially iced coffee but buying the premade stuff was ok but pricey and making it in my own wasn't working out so when I got this I was so excited because I got finally make cold brew. I can make it in my travel cup I can make a single cup or I can make a pot of it and keep it on hand for next time but not just that I can also make coffee and tea and use this for other stuff.

I did quite a bit of research before buying this machine as I needed it to do coffee as well as heat water so I could get rid of my Breville electric kettle. The concept of this model was good but performance is lacking. The water temperature only goes to 202 degrees, not 212 as the manual says; therefore, I can’t use it when I need boiling water. It also leaks in the Drip Stop position, no matter where the lever is set. The hot water is also tinged with a light brown, which leads me to think it is not simply water. I have had to go back to my electric kettle for water which defeats the purpose of this coffeemaker. I can also tell the Drop Stop mechanism is not going to last long. This maker was an expensive mistake for me.

Dream machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my new coffee machine. It is truly my dream machine. So it’s for a single serving which is perfect because sometimes I accidentally make too much coffee. I love that there isn’t an also an option to make cold coffee. Spend so much money coffee, so you it’s definitely a money saver. It’s easy to program and start to use your machine. All you have to do it press the size and the type of brew you want and it’s done.

Unmatched Versatility!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the Braun Multiserve plus! You can make iced coffee, cold brew or hot coffee. It even has a hot water option for tea! You have 7 different brew sizes from 1 espresso sized cup to a whole pot and everything in between. You can control the strength of your coffee by adjusting the grounds, I am so happy to move away from pods. This machine makes full flavored excellent coffee.

Great coffee maker with a few quirks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall we really liked this coffee maker - the coffee is good and it looks nice on the counter. There are a few things to consider though- the carafe is only 10 cups so it makes a little less coffee than most coffee makers. Also, the lever to switch from brewing to standby is a little clunky. If you follow the instructions it also takes a lot more coffee than you might be used to. The cold brew function is nice, it’s not quite the same as a real overnight cold brew coffee but it will do in a pinch! Would definitely recommend this coffee maker if you are looking for one that will fill up just a coffee tumbler. Better than using those disposable cups!!
