Maintenance is straightforward, with simple cleaning functions and minimal mess. Overall, it’s a stylish, reliable machine that delivers excellent coffee quality and convenience. However, the pod restriction prevents it from being a perfect choice, making it more of a strong 3.5 to 4-star product.

This is hands down my favorite coffee maker for home use! I can make lattes and cappuccinos in under 5 minutes and it tastes so good! So many different pods options to choose from, high quality machine and super easy to use! I love that it automatically removes the old pod to another compartment, making it super easy to clean and remove old pods. Pro tip: for drinks that use milk/creamer, bianco doppio is the best pod!

This is just okay. A little loader than I expected which isn't something I'd like to hear in the am. Brewing options and instructions are easy to follow. It is also easy to clean. The coffee does turn out good in the end.

This beauty replaced by old coffee machine. I love drinking quality coffee every morning. I have revived my coffee addiction. This machine stops me from ordering coffee while out. It tastes just that good. It doesn't take up much counter space. The machine noise is minimum. Perfect purchase for me!

So good, as someone who was a barista for YEARS, this makes quality coffee. The one thing that made me get something else was the fact that the pods are so expensive. The pods do make pretty legit espresso though
