Broken Carafe & Missing Drip Cup from the get go!!

Was so excited to receive the Vertuo Plus as a housewarming gift only to open the new box to a cracked carafe and no drip cup even in the box. How disappointing that a part didn’t actually make it the box. I wouldn’t care about the drip cup if I was making coffee but feel it’s absolutely needed for the espresso. Hopefully these issues can be resolved, I would have given a 5 star rating otherwise. I fell in love with my daughter in law’s machine this Christmas.
I would recommend this to a friend!

LOVE IT.

Things I love about my Nespresso:
Smaller.
Smaller.
Heats up quickly.
Crema
The coffee is STRONG(I recommend writing down the coffees as you try them to see which ones you like)
Relatively quiet.
Dislikes:Nothing!

A bit disappointed, expected more…

I like my machine, I appreciate a good cup of Nespresso coffee or too but the machine has its imperfections. Many times the capsule ejects and piles up in the chamber instead of falling into the bin. Now I have been without coffee for 3 days because the machine won’t brew. At first I was adding too much water to each brew, now it just has given up. Won’t even factory reset. For such a pricey machine I expect better functionality after less than 6 months. However, the customer service is amazing! I should be getting a replacement soon. Hopefully no issues.

Just don't.

I have had this machine just barely a month and it won't brew coffee, water just starts to pour out of the bottom. I got the Plus after my Vertuo Next lasted less than 2 years. If you're thinking about getting a Nespresso, dont.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

In love!

I just received my machine 3 days ago and I am in love! I just found my perfect coffee combination by using regular coffee pod and brewing an espresso pod in it. It wakes me up and motivates me to catch up with household chores, work and kids!
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently was over a friends house and she made me a lovely cup of espresso. now I must say, I am no coffee guru, but I do enjoy a good cup of espresso on occasion. when she brought it to me I asked her how she made it so quick. she brought me into her kitchen ans showed me her Nespresso and showed me how easy it was to work. the Milk frother which comes separately and the Nespresso Beans are fantastic and the machine is so easy to use even I could figure it out. I love the design; its modern and does not take up loads of room. Even though I didn't need instructions they are super easy to follow. so if you need to refer to them they are user friendly for sure. this would in my opinion be perfect for an office or dorm room as its not one of those million dollar machine, yet the quality is totally there. finally the best thing about it: it makes all different coffee types. now what's not to love about that. I will enjoy my Nespresso for years.
Pros: Convenient, Makes Delicious Coffee, Easy to Use, Makes Delicious Espressos, High Quality Machine, Does not take up too much room on my countertop, Ability to make different coffee styles (e.g. espresso and coffee), Appealing Design
Cons: Confusing as to which capsule to use
