Amazing machine! Amazing espresso! This is the essential what I need then I can add sugar milk and all kinds of condiments to make different types of coffees. It’s durable and so easy to clean! It brews super quick and good consistency

Disappointed

My machine only lasted 13 months and I am having problems getting a replacement machine at no cost.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The Best!!!

I LOVE my Nespresso (and aerochino) I make my own oat milk lattes and they are better than anything I’ve gotten from a coffee shop. The coffee too is wonderful. I was grateful for the variety starter pack because it helped me find the pods I like best! The machine is so easy to use, and I love being able to recycle the pods. It’s really such a treat to use this in the morning, it makes my day happier!

Blinking Color Key is Needed

So far so good, but I would like to know how many times to press the button for what purpose -- and what each color means. Friendly suggestion: Consider a tiny sticker or something to help a user out. :-)

We also recommend descaling your machine every three months or 300 capsules, whichever comes first. I am fascinated with this machine, better than an espresso in a restaurant or even STARBUCKS itself... the only thing that I have not been able to do is pair it with the nexpresso app and that in the USA there is no option in Spanish to better interpret its recommendations.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Poor holiday experience

Got my brand new machine for the holiday. We were excited to use it. The machine out of the box, did not open the capsule lid and constantly blinks orange. I had to use online tutorials video to see and found people had similar issues. I should not have to fix a brand new machine. (I am not, return seems like the best option) I tired calling support and received less help and was told to call back. Quality control seems lacking. Maybe I got the 1 in 100 that does not work but the experience is ruined. Going to stick with making my own expresso coffee with the more tries method.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This machine makes a delicious cup of coffee for anyone to enjoy. It froths up the coffee making it extra fancy, and it only takes a couple minutes from off to on! Easy to take care of too
