So disappointed

Have been using this for several months. Loved my mini smart oven but needed something larger. This oven never gets to the set temperature. Set for 425 degrees. Preheat done but temp is only at 250. Increase temp to 450 and it goes no higher than 375. Of course I expected this to work properly so I didn’t save the packaging to return it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Machine but cheap accessories

I bought my air fryer/toaster oven 6-8 months ago. Although I love the toaster oven the enclosed accessories are made so cheaply. Wire rack and pizza tray are already chipping paint. I noticed this within 2-3 months. Also, why would you make people purchase the drip tray?? It should be included! Thankfully, I only had to buy the brushed stainless steel.as it is only 1/2 the price of the other colours that are available.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is a great air fryer. I bought this to replace my older Breville Smart Oven and also so that I could have an air fryer without having to buy a separate air fryer. I loved the idea of the combination toaster, oven and air fryer, however, I found that the toaster function is lacking and that it takes a very long time to toast bread compared to my other Breville. Other than that, it’s a really good product.
The only reason I am having to buy another Breville Toaster Oven, is our last Breville Toaster Oven is broken! The door shutting sensor is broken and the baking function only works for 10 minutes then shuts off :( . It would cost too much $$ to ship is somewhere, then pay a flat fee for it to be "looked" at and may or may not be able to fix.

I absolutely love this Smart Oven and use it almost every day. Great job air-frying, toasting, baking, re-heating and more! The only reason I cannot give it 5 stars is because replacement parts are not available for this model as they are for the larger air fryer. I don’t understand why Breville has not made these options available since I think this Smart Oven is a much better option (smaller footprint and only 1 function less than the larger air fryer). C’mon Breville - this is a great product - just provide me with an option for a few extra parts!
Excellent product with one exception. It doesn't make toast or brown bagels without effort. Air fry feature is really good in making potato fries and in cooking multiple items like fish and vegetables at the same time. I also wish it had a wider range of temperature control so I can proof bread. This feature is available on the most expensive unit, but it is still just a temperature.
I like all of the functions, except the toast function. Selecting the darkest shade for toast produces no color on the bread but the bread does have a crunch. I don't have room on my counter for a separate toaster, but wish I did.
