Have used it almost every day for the last 2 months. It works great for everything frying to baking. You have to watch the timing though; it seems to cook faster than most recipes call for. Am somewhat disappointed in the toasting as the top of the toast gets markedly darker than the bottom, so you have to flip the toast mid cycle.

We bought a Breville Smart Oven Air Fryer to replace our old toaster oven. The Smart Oven far surpasses anything my old toaster oven could do. The Smart Oven holds a 9x13 baking pan, makes crispy French fries from scratch without heating the entire kitchen, and still makes great toast.

We've had our Smart Oven for some years now and I could not be happier with it ... It does all that it says; broil, bake, roast, toast, defrost, keep warm etc etc. We only wanted a good basic toaster type oven but as they've never lasted so long when I saw this, i took the chance - - and have never looked back. If this dies on us some time, I will certainly get the same again. You cannot not enjoy using this sturdy, longlasting counter top oven
