[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great value and functionality. Sleek design and getting used to the air fry feature The preheat/ and cooking time complete sound too low (even at max) if not in same room

Good features but not user-friendly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Still learning how to use it efficiently. User manual is really not good. Bad grammar, not self explanatory and no usable index. Air fry baskets and broiler pan should be included.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this oven because we have had great experience with KitchenAid products in the past. However, it has been impossible to get a comprehensive Users Manual. None was included in the box and we have had no luck in navigating the web site to find the manual.
I would recommend this to a friend!
