Great Features!

I love all the different options/features on it. One of my favorites is that I can control it from my smart phone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The evenness this oven bakes at is the best we've ever used in over 50 years. The racks are designed well and very easy to use and set up so you don't get burned easily. We also love the consistency of whatever we bake, there are no longer any uneven cooking that takes place.

Pretty Good and Plenty of Options

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ovens are very high performing. Consistent temperature. Easy to utilize. The only negative is the WiFi connectivity can be very finicky causing numerous factory resets after power outages.

KitchenAid Double Wall Oven fails in a few weeks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The KitchenAid Double Wall Oven (model# KOED727SPS00) was only a few days old when it started to fail. After 5 weeks we had to have a factory repair individual come to our house (today) and he discovered that BOTH computer boards were no good/failed and need to be replaced. Unfortunately one of the boards is of course out-of-stock and not available at least for the time being. The issues we experience (thus far) are: (1) Oven shuts off within 2 to 3 seconds of being turned on, on a recurring basis, (2) Secondary ACU Fault occurred after using the Pizza function for just 9 minutes, resulting in flashing lights and oven shutting off on its own, (3) Oven shuts off approximately 6 to 7 seconds after opening the door and removing a cooked item. The repair company that Whirlpool/KitchenAid subcontracts to cannot authorize a return and refund of the ovens, but they did direct me to contact Whirlpool. Unfortunately none of the above is a surprise to me in this day and age given the overall poor build quality of household appliances; but it would renew my faith in Whirlpool if someone would give me a phone call to see what can be done to either get our oven working properly immediately or give us some other options, etc. I have photos that can be shared if necessary.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new Kitchen Aid Double Oven replaced an old oven. I was excited to have so many choices of ways to prepare my meals. I enjoy experimenting with all the modern settings. The blue interior is beautiful as well as the stainless steel outside. This oven updated my entire kitchen’s look! The only thing that is a concern is the volume of the alarms. They need to be quite louder. That is my only complaint. Otherwise, I am glad I chose this model, KOED727SPS. I plan on preparing many foods as well as baking and air frying for many years.
