Good features but not user-friendly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Still learning how to use it efficiently. User manual is really not good. Bad grammar, not self explanatory and no usable index. Air fry baskets and broiler pan should be included.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this oven because we have had great experience with KitchenAid products in the past. However, it has been impossible to get a comprehensive Users Manual. None was included in the box and we have had no luck in navigating the web site to find the manual.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oven seems to be satisfactory, BUT the manual is nearly useless. (I note complaints about Kitchen Aid appliance manuals from other customers. The so called owners manual is an installation manual. Further, your web site is not helpful in telling how to get a user manual.. I have serious reservations about recommending this product to anyuone given the poor manual and website.
