Good features but not user-friendly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Still learning how to use it efficiently. User manual is really not good. Bad grammar, not self explanatory and no usable index. Air fry baskets and broiler pan should be included.

Great oven

However, it has been impossible to get a comprehensive Users Manual. None was included in the box and we have had no luck in navigating the web site to find the manual.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oven seems to be satisfactory, BUT the manual is nearly useless. (I note complaints about Kitchen Aid appliance manuals from other customers. The so called owners manual is an installation manual. Further, your web site is not helpful in telling how to get a user manual.. I have serious reservations about recommending this product to anyuone given the poor manual and website.

The internal timer is joke.. absolutely worthless. Basic features of the Doublewall oven are performing as expected

Easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased these ovens after my Viking ovens failed. I am enjoying these new ovens. I have a small space for these (26.5"). Despite that, these have a great deal more space than I previously had. There are many features that I have yet to explore.

My KitchenAid Double Oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a little over a month ago and still getting used to it. The user manual is not informative as well as online information. The preheat and cooking time sound is just a click which is not very useful. I've always had KitchenAid appliances and given time I'm sure I'll enjoy it.

Beautiful ovens!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have really enjoyed these ovens. The built in operational features are great, although there is very little instruction on how to use them. Im a bit concerned about keeping them clean. We’ve haven’t cooked anything that we thought should have dropped but there is already a stain on the bottom of the top oven and I can’t remove it no matter what I do. Very frustrating.
