[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Quality is really good and what I expect of KitchenAid. I'm finding it less user friendly because of all the settings and lack of an instruction book which I could use quickly, rather than having to use the internet to find an answer to an issue. It is not an intuitive appliance. I am learning as I go along! I also wish time timer signal was louder. Have it set to the Max, but unless you are close by in the room you won't here it. Big disadvantage...
