Great Oven so far, weak microwave!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The oven performance has been a big upgrade, other than the door being loose at one hinge and the front not being attached properly(Lowes is sending an entire new unit) so that is a little frustrating, but it still performs well. On the other hand the microwave is very under powered! Possibly because it can also be used as an oven/airfryer, so maybe that is the trade off. It's taking a while to adjust from the power of our old unit. If it is a 900 watt microwave it doesn't seem to perform that way???? Maybe the replacement will be better.

Good Features BUT Improvements needed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You should expect more clarity at the price point of this oven. Specifically, there is a lack of explanation provided with the unit to navigate the many modes. Everything is "trial and error". While the microwave has good convection mode, doesn't effectively replace an air fryer as promoted. Not to mention, the 900W microwave power is puny (convection boosts wattage but this doesn't help standard micro heating) compared to most basic microwaves that provide minimum 1000W. Recommend at least 1200W. Recommend an increase in the sound level when completed cooking time expires. Current max cannot be heard oven other prep such as a simple mixer or the like.

Oven/microwave combo with many functions

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about 3 weeks ago. Only one dial for both the oven and microwave operation. Works well but really wish there was a physical manual to refer to, rather than "on line" manual. It would make it so much easier to learn how to use the various functions. There are many functions that I would like to learn how to use, but having to refer to an on-line manual is a pain! I would be so pleased if I could obtain a physical manual. I am still trying to figure out how to use the microwave when I have been baking something in the oven for awhile. It is frustrating.
Both the oven and the microwave work well however it will be a trial and error situation for me.

Microwave does not heat and shows error message

After a month of use, the microwave does not heat. The issue can happen several times and randomly in the day. After several repairs the microwave shows an error message and cannot be used at all. Very disappointed of the quality of both product and the service. I’ve seen several people have the same issue of the microwave. Do not recommend this product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
