No manual or instructions for this unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this is a replacement for our failed unit that only lasted 13 months and could not be repaired. So I would not advise anyone to buy this. The only reason we did is that it is all that fits in our kitchen cupboards. Customer service for whirlpool and Kitchenaide is below average

A great appliance

We ordered the latest model of KitchenAids similar model and couldn't be happier with this purchase. We know appliances nowadays are known to be unreliable so we stuck with KitchenAid as they are proven to go the distance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried multiple times to get a written operating/owners manual with NO luck. I was told I would be mailed one Nothing. I think for what I paid for this unit, and I’d like to have a printed manual it wouldn’t be a problem.

No instruction manual

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We did not receive an instruction manual. There was something online and some kind of quick set up but so much I have not learned how to use. I've now been using it for about 6 weeks. I can barely hear the timer. Maybe there is a way to adjust the volume but if so it's not evident.

Great Oven so far, weak microwave!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The oven performance has been a big upgrade, other than the door being loose at one hinge and the front not being attached properly(Lowes is sending an entire new unit) so that is a little frustrating, but it still performs well. On the other hand the microwave is very under powered! Possibly because it can also be used as an oven/airfryer, so maybe that is the trade off. It's taking a while to adjust from the power of our old unit. If it is a 900 watt microwave it doesn't seem to perform that way???? Maybe the replacement will be better.
