Flush mount fan and large air fryer tray.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this wall oven in April to upgrade our over the range convection microwave oven to a more complete oven with an air fryer oven. I use the microwave daily and the air fryer feature weekly. Love the air fryer as it is three times more versatile and more convenient than our counter top air fryer. So easy to use when we are preparing meals for more than two people and we no longer have to clean or manage a special appliance. The microwave works surprisingly well without a turntable. Love the flush mount appearance and fan.

Wonderful performance and great looking!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This microwave oven (and it is many more things besides just a Microwave) is excellent. It is sleek, professional in appearance, cooks relatively evenly, even without a turntable, and cleans up easily. I have only had it for a little over a month, so I’m still learning new things about it every time I use it, but I am most pleased with how it fits in my kitchen, and especially how it fits above my stove and between my cabinets. Since it replaced my old KitchenAid microwave/exhaust fan, it was easy to install without any modifications to my existing woodwork.

Reset power Issue

It’s sleek but the container error message of “ BACK
Power to your appliance was lost. You may need to check on your food in your appliance. Press CONFIRM to set time and date.” is super annoying. Fan is also quite load. Happy with the features just wish it wouldn’t just “reset” whenever it wanted. Shouldn’t happen with such an expensive appliance. Not sure how it gets through quality

It is not user friendly takes forever when trying to heat anything up, have tried the air fryer mode doesn’t work well at all. worst purchase ever regretting it everyday! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

Perfect choice for over the range microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this as a replacement for our old KitchenAid microwave, which died after 14 years of service. We made the right choice! Great features include the Air Fry, Toast, and Bake options, and all the racks as well. I like the new, softer tone when items are done cooking. The old one sounded like the backup alert on a truck. The exhaust fan is much quieter than the old one. The LED lights over the range are brighter too. Also, no more revolving turntable.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This thing does everything and none of them well. The controls are also completely illogical and confusing. A frozen burrito that takes 1 1/2 minutes in every microwave on earth takes 4 minutes in this thing. KitchenAid quality has gone down the tubes and they are WAY overpriced.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
