Not worth the price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Microwave is not very powerful. Bake feature is difficult to use and does not seem to heat evenly because burning occurs on top. Clock constantly goes off for no apparent reason and is difficult to set. It took 4 people to set the time initially. It would be nice to receive a Users Manual but of course I have to obtain that myself on line.

Fell in love and then out of love!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We paid for an upgrade to our builders package for this microwave (along with a KitchenAid fridge and dishwasher). I have always wanted to own Kitchen Aid appliances and was so excited. I wanted to love this multipurpose microwave, air fryer, oven, toaster. It is sleek and modern looking and in theory can eliminate almost all of your counter top appliances. Unfortunately, I have fallen out of love due to the constant loud venting after use. Using the oven or airfryer feature causes the unit to loudly vent after use for over an hour with no way to turn off the vent so forget trying to watch a movie after using any feature other than the microwave. The microwave also takes longer than any other microwave I’ve ever owned to reheat or cook or even pop a bag of popcorn. There is also no way to wipe down/clean the front door without activating the touch buttons. There should be a button to disable the touch screen for cleaning. I will be reluctantly keeping the unit but would not purchase it again or recommend it to anyone else. I’m sure KitchenAid makes other great appliances but this one missed the mark.

Underperformance Space Holder

I purchased 2024. I like the look, design and high-tech figures. I'm given is a 1 star because the quality of heating, and cooking of ALL figures (microwave, air fryer, conventional oven is very poof. It takes over 5 minutes to heat the smallest portion in the microwave, the air fryer and conventional oven either over cook, burn or under cook. I wanted an all in 1 functional appliance and I got an underperforming space holder instead that's not worth the price.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Reset power Issue

It’s sleek but the container error message of “ BACK Power to your appliance was lost. You may need to check on your food in your appliance. Press CONFIRM to set time and date.” is super annoying. Fan is also quite load. Happy with the features just wish it wouldn’t just “reset” whenever it wanted. Shouldn’t happen with such an expensive appliance. Not sure how it gets through quality

Doesn't heat well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The microwave is pretty and smart, but doesn't heat food evenly. Recommend cutting food up a lot for even heating. It doesn't rotate and is more of an oven than a microwave. We like the light + fan aspects. and it's quiet.
