[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this is a great Appliance overall however it does lock the door on its own difficult to get unlocked when this happens .
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this stove 6 weeks. Not finding it easy to use and no manual to figure it out and don’t tell me to go on line ! I find the timer not user friendly, when you preheat the oven the buzzer goes off and the oven is no way close to the temperature that was set. The audible is not loud enough if you are in the other room.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had this oven for just about a month. The burners work well and the oven cooks with an even heat. The only item I am not impressed with is the ease of using the push ‘buttons, on the cooktop screen. One really has to poise to get them to respond.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The gas slide in stove looks amazing and cooks great. But it doesn't slide completely back to the wall, so is about an inch away. Also, the timer is very hard to use, requiring multiple hard presses for each minute. It has a very low chime that cannot be adjusted any louder. My arm has brushed against the controls while cooking and actually turned on a burner several times. On the good side, the stove is attractive, easy to clean, cooks and bakes great. Just one more complaint - it didn't come with an owners manual, just an installation manual. After multiple phone calls to the dealer, I was provided a second installation manual and finally a user manual via email that I had to download and print.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This stove is very nice looking, I LOVE the black stainless and so far works as a stove should (I've had it a week). However, I do not like the buttons to operate the oven, you have to push them very hard to get any response, as a matter of fact when we first installed it I thought it was a defective control panel because I couldn't get any buttons to work. I also wish I had more control over the size of flame on the burners, they do not go low enough for my liking, but that could be personal preference. Overall, its nice looking, and cooks things as it should, but there is much room for improvement l, especially for this price range
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are enjoying the range, especially the air fryer. The only issue was removing the protective sticker. It took hours to remove it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m giving this oven and range model only three stars mainly because the control panel is very difficult to operate. I have to press the buttons very hard to start any option. The timer arrows are especially frustrating — if I need to set a longer cooking time, I have to keep pressing over and over to reach the desired time. There is also no digital number keypad to select the time directly, which would make the process much easier. Another issue is the middle burner. It really should come with a matching griddle; otherwise, it’s practically useless. I tried to find a compatible griddle for this model but couldn’t locate one. The overall appearance of the range is nice, but I’m not convinced the finish is truly fingerprint-proof since I can still see smudges. On the positive side, I do like the pizza option — I’ve tried it several times and it works great. The air fryer function also seems to perform well. Unfortunately, the broiler doesn’t perform the way I expected. It doesn’t produce a visible flame and only heats from the top. In my previous oven I could brown the top of a frittata in about 5 minutes, but with this one it takes at least 10 minutes and still doesn’t give the same result. Overall, the range looks good and has some useful features, but the frustrating controls and weaker broiler mean I wouldn’t buy this model again
