Dysfunctional keypad

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had his range for less than a week. The keypad is partially dysfunctional. On some of the keys, it requires extreme pressure to get the key to respond (we are in good shape and not weak). Even then, it doesn't always work. The up and down arrows are nearly impossible to use. It's very frustrating and disappointing.
In addition, we did not receive an owner's manual. We did receive an installation manual, but not an owner's manual explaining the various features. Again...very disappointing.
I very much hope Whirlpool will address and correct these issues.

A must have highly recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m in all received my stove from Influenster, it such a beautiful durable sleek stove. I have more cook room and the middle grill is great for tortillas. Very easy to clean up, just wipes away with simple rag. Has 2 racks for the baking holidays. I’m very pleased.

Great smart oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely beautiful gas range and oven. We replaced our 12 year old Bosch and wow this oven is such an upgrade. The size of burners makes a huge difference and creates even heat for any size pot or pan. I love the griddle style burner in the middle as well - although I haven’t used it yet I’m looking forward to using Corningware and casserole dishes there! All of the range knobs are easy to use (but not so easy that you accidentally light it!) and labeled well. My only two complaints are minor: that the screen cooking button options are a little stiff and sometimes takes multiple presses - again - I prefer this to accidentally turning on a cooking function and that the oven door makes a loud creaking sound when it’s fully opened. I’m hoping the latter goes away with time and use. Overall, I’m very impressed with this oven and highly recommend!

Great Product, Modern Features, Classy Appearance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] SO EXCITED for my new stove! The stove comes directly from Whirlpool, and scheduling delivery and the delivery itself was a breeze. They even took away the old stove! And wow, we are so impressed with the features and overall look of the product. It came in stainless-steel color, and it makes the space look expensive and classy. It’s not too bad with fingerprints either, and grease comes off very well! I love how fast the burners come up to temp - the website states that this stove boils water quicker with their “SpeedHeat” feature, and they weren’t lying! We haven’t had a chance to test the oven out (only the burners), but I’m so excited for the air frying capabilities! Overall, it’s a great product and meets all of our needs. First time owning a WhirlPool appliance, and we are certainly impressed.

Overall great couple of cons

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have only had the stove for a couple weeks but so far so good. We like the airframe feature however it uses a ton of power so if we run the microwave at the same time it will flip our breaker. The touch buttons are a little hard to press. When it arrived the blue tape they put on was a nightmare to remove. Truly those are the worst overall its a great appliance.

Love the WiFi!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I received the Whirlpool 30 inch smart range I was excited to try the air fryer. It works well! It does take longer than a regular air fryer. The WiFi option is awesome! I downloaded the whirlpool app and I am able to control the oven by my phone. It alerts me when the preheat is done. I wish there was an easier way to remove the grates to clean but I am extremely happy with this stove!

Good range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this range for about a month and really like it; however, setting the timer is cumbersome - you have the add each minute rather than holding down the button to add multiple minutes at a time - maybe we are doing something wrong? Otherwise, range/oven works well.
I would recommend this to a friend!
