Not so great. Would not buy again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m giving this oven and range model only three stars mainly because the control panel is very difficult to operate. I have to press the buttons very hard to start any option. The timer arrows are especially frustrating — if I need to set a longer cooking time, I have to keep pressing over and over to reach the desired time. There is also no digital number keypad to select the time directly, which would make the process much easier.
Another issue is the middle burner. It really should come with a matching griddle; otherwise, it’s practically useless. I tried to find a compatible griddle for this model but couldn’t locate one.
The overall appearance of the range is nice, but I’m not convinced the finish is truly fingerprint-proof since I can still see smudges.
On the positive side, I do like the pizza option — I’ve tried it several times and it works great. The air fryer function also seems to perform well.
Unfortunately, the broiler doesn’t perform the way I expected. It doesn’t produce a visible flame and only heats from the top. In my previous oven I could brown the top of a frittata in about 5 minutes, but with this one it takes at least 10 minutes and still doesn’t give the same result.
Overall, the range looks good and has some useful features, but the frustrating controls and weaker broiler mean I wouldn’t buy this model again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dislikes: The top takes longer to clean because it doesn't have a smooth surface like my old one did.
The digital menu board needs to be pushed hard to get it to work. I don't use the timer, it takes too long to set, I use a counter top timer instead.

Likes: The burners give even temps. I need to calibrate the over but otherwise it works well. Still working on learning the air fryer.

A little disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not to happy with putting cook time with pushing the button for every minute, so a 2 hour cook time you have to push the button 120 times to get to the 2 hours. Thankfully I hardly ever need that much time but for big turkeys etc, the pushing on that button will be a pain in the butt. I believe this will also cause that button to fail more quickly than if you could just hold it and it jumps 5 to 10 increments. etc. The bottom drawer is also cheaply made and does not glide out smoothly. I have not used the broil feature yet. Im used to gas broiler to broil steaks so this will interesting to broil a steak with however this range does it electrically

A little disappointing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think this stove will be OK, but very annoyed that the 1st time the oven was lit smoke and odor filled the kitchen. Oils from manufacturing?? That should be removed before the stove goes into someone's home. Also, one of the igniters would not fire on the cooktop and we had to have a service call. Why? The wire feeding power to that igniter was not connected. Not too much good to say about your Quality Control. And now, we have to find someone to come and calibrate the oven. We had high hopes for this stove, but are somewhat disappointed.
