Oven storage door a problem

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One thing I did not like about this range is that the drawer at the bottom is very hard to use. You can hardly get your fingertips into the groove to open the drawer.

Expand the owners manual

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would like to know more about using my product to its full potential. Very difficult to get any information other than the extremely limited manual that deals mostly with installation. I cannot figure out how to get the accessories-even went to the store where I purchased the appliance from and they were not able to help me. i would like to rate higher but learning how to use my new appliance has been a challenge. I had to call for service (they were very helpful) so they can correct the issue with setting my timer. Hope that goes well when they come o er.

Phone control saved me

Would not buy again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The up down setting arrows are very difficult to press, also having to manually press the number of minutes one ant a time. Everything in the oven cooks faster than the directions on the recipe or box suggests. The bottom warming drawer is very flimsy . Cooktop is difficult to get clean. Would not buy this oven again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best gas range we've had in 50 years of cooking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Whirlpool Gas Smart range does a fantastic job with stove top cooking. We especially like the center burner that provides even heat for a large griddle. Also, so easy to clean and manage.
