Somewhat Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Somewhat disappointed with this range. The first one purchased needed to be replaced in less than two weeks due to oven not turning on ( touch screen dead) while 2-3 of the burners were in use. There really is no convection bake feature and convection roast. One of the smaller burners on the new replacement range takes an exorbitant amount of time to boil water a small pan of water. The online manual that the customer needs to download rather than being provided with a hard copy, does not correspond to this model of range. Very frustrating. Your customer service phone number is a 2- 3 hour wait/ call back time. Your Register Your Appliance/Range online process has NOT allowed me to register my new replacement range. The model number for the range is not in the drop down. I do like the 5 burners on the cook top and their size options. Other than one of the smaller ones not heating to capacity, the other 3 work well. This range should come with 3 oven racks instead of 2, and the quality of the racks should be better. Not including the air fry basket and charging extra for it is an unnecessary expense for the consumer. It most certainly should be included as well as a hard copy users manual or at the very least, the availability of one that corresponds to this model.
