Pretty to look at!

Should not have to purchase said book!! I'm not sure the oven heat is even. Have not baked enough in it to be sure. It seems there are hot spots. The sounds of the temp. reached and the timer are too low...even with hearing aides!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After only using one time the dial broke for the triple heating element. I have not been able to figure out who or how to contact the warranty area to get a replacement.
The overall heating seems very slow compared to my previous range. Cleaning the ceramic top is not all that easy either but hopefully in time I will get used to it.

Somewhat Disappointed

The first one purchased needed to be replaced in less than two weeks due to oven not turning on ( touch screen dead) while 2-3 of the burners were in use. There really is no convection bake feature and convection roast. One of the smaller burners on the new replacement range takes an exorbitant amount of time to boil water a small pan of water. The online manual that the customer needs to download rather than being provided with a hard copy, does not correspond to this model of range. Very frustrating. Your customer service phone number is a 2- 3 hour wait/ call back time. Your Register Your Appliance/Range online process has NOT allowed me to register my new replacement range. The model number for the range is not in the drop down. I do like the 5 burners on the cook top and their size options. Other than one of the smaller ones not heating to capacity, the other 3 work well. This range should come with 3 oven racks instead of 2, and the quality of the racks should be better. Not including the air fry basket and charging extra for it is an unnecessary expense for the consumer. It most certainly should be included as well as a hard copy users manual or at the very least, the availability of one that corresponds to this model.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Blue mylar put on the top in the bottom of the unit is horribly hard to remove. I have owned the product now for almost a month haven't hardly been able to use it due to the fact that there's some type of a short that shuts out the control panel. Effort to find a part to be able to fix it has not been easy or successful. I have spent a total of several hours trying to communicate with either whirlpool and or KitchenAid with regards to fixing the product. Trying to reach people and or get a line within an hour has been normal. Today's status still haven't found the part to fix the product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

New stove

Glass top is nice, easier to keep clean. Always had electric but still getting use to adjusting knobs. A lot of burner size and variation too.
I like the knobs on the front but did accidentally turn one on by brushing against it. Has a panel lock but only for oven, not the burners.
Oven works great. Variety of options.
Would have liked a bigger bottom drawer.
It's a smart appliance. Probably wouldn't have set that part up but you need it to set the clock. Kind of nice being able to use my phone to control the oven anyway.

Broke in 1 month.
