Display screen locks up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Twice my display screen has locked up in 60 days and I had to send a message to you. This really makes me mad. Main rack is dipped down in middle and sometimes interferes with roasting pan.

Nice, but haven’t used all features yet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was installed in 12/25. I like using gas, and it meets that expectation. It has some quirks but is overall nice looking and functional. The gas grill oval has a 5th burner that is extremely useful — you don’t need to turn grill on, you can opt for a burner only.
Broiler is great, haven’t used oven functions yet. Heaviness of grates is great for cooking— spacing is a bit large so make sure you have pans evenly, on the grates. The weight of grates makes cleaning underneath a bit of a challenge. The area under the grates wipes up easily. A caution here, make sure you lock the knobs so you don’t turn them on when reaching to clean around back burners. If accidentally turned on the stove makes a clicking sound before igniting, very nice for safety.
Quirks are; grate spacing for smaller items does not exist. Smallest burner is in back, thus always reaching over larger front burners for stirring. Order for knobs seems incorrect, but I haven’t used gas in 20+ years, so that is an opinion, others may like the order.
In general a very nice stove, would be great for a large family and holidays. For 2 people, who don’t use an oven very often, it might be too big.

Overall better that what I had before

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the grates .
I wish it “ came “ ( was delivered ) with a book that told how to set the clock and how to clean the top of the stove. Within the first 24 hours a unique spill occurred on the top of the stove and I did not know how to clean it . Looked it up on my phone but still did not have the complete information specific to this stove . The “low” setting is more like medium. I wish there was a true “ low” setting for the cook top. Especially since I cook mostly with cast iron.
I have not used any of the features for the oven yet but the bake works well . I wish the oven light did not stay on and needs manual turning off .

Nice looking stove but quality has gone down.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had my previous KitchenAid stove for 25 years and never had any issues. Purchased this new stove and noticed lack of quality assurance and cheaper materials. First of all, the grates are gray and stain. I streamed potstickers and some steam/water dropped on grates which left dark brown stains on the grates and burner covers. Unsure why KitchenAid would change black grates that worked and lasted longer than the stove to gray grates that stained. Also, the surface of the stove is black coated metal that also stains and scratches. My previous stove had black glass surface which didn’t stain, scratch and easy to clean. Very disappointed with KitchenAid now and looking for better brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works as it should. Truly hate the low volume of the timer. I had to buy an old fashioned one gg timer for baking.

Good locking, but features not well designed

It's a very good looking range that works nice, but all the "wifi" features are not well designed and not done professionally. These are obvious things like sync time to the internet, or check if stove is on (it allows only controlling/checking oven). The juniper finish is extremely fragile and easily scratches. It is also super prone to fingerprints, much more than regular stainless. The stove is slow to warm up (slower than my very old whirlpool range).
