[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The heat level markings on the burner heat level knobs (lo,med,hi, 123..etc) are difficult to see in low light situations. If you lean against the knobs while cooking, you can actually press in and twist the burners on with your waist. The selection panel has no internal lighting (led) necessitating having to use external lights to make selections at night... .

too expensive

This is a replacement for a similar stove, We have had it 6 month and the control screen went black, and can't use the oven--- no lights. We cannot buy another appliance from whirlpool. This is two appliances gone bad in a year. The other one is a washer, just a year old. and already had a service call on it. Too expensive to replace both appliances. But we use the top of the stove, and unplug the washer after each wash.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the look

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven't used the air fryer feature yet. I did have some frustration trying to get the information on how to use this feature but finally did get some information that I could print out. I am a little disappointed about the fast boil feature. The stove doesn't seem to heat up much faster than my old one. Also, when I purchased the range, the dimensions were 25.4 depth but the range that I got was 27 inches depth. The model number is the same as the one that I ordered, 25.4 in depth, but the one that arrived with the same model number is 27 in depth. Confusing to say the least. I am actually happy with the one that I have as the oven is deeper and I now like that feature. I just have to revise a cupboard door to work with my new range.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Stopped working in less than a month

Expensive Ranges built cheaply

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so disappointed with this range. For the price its a very cheap oven door and the racks are the cheapest you could make. The push button area is hard to see with the black background and the buttons are very difficult to push. The oven takes forever to warm up. NO broiling pan included The oven racks are like tin.if the pan is too heavy like a 15 lb turkey the rack will bend

Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Design of the control panel - it is not user friendly. It faces straight up and not at an angle where it can be seen anywhere in the kitchen, which is what I prefer. The touch pad is very difficulty to mash to set time, start and stop oven, virtually anything. All touch-pads are hard to mash to get to respond. The indicator light shows the surface is hot but it doesn't indicate which area is hot. It tells you an element is on, but not which one is on on or hot. Timer doesn't count down in seconds until the last minute; it only counts down in minutes. Preheat takes much longer than my previous oven, thus not energy efficient. It also takes longer to cook at any specified temperature than our previous oven. The knots that adjust the cooktop - the knob (second from the left) that works the 2-element eye, is backwards from the other knobs, when using the single part of the element. The storage drawer on the bottom is flimsy and much smaller than out previous oven, thus it will not hold my broiling pans. (Yes, we are comparing this to our previous oven, but it was also a Whirlpool. We are disappointed in this oven, especially compared to our previous oven. The design is a degression from older models! Also, no bottom element that can be seen. Is it hidden underneath so that we can't change it? The personal who installed the oven did not know about the bottom element either.
