When I have had water boil over or grease splatter, it does not come off all the way!!! There are marks that cannot be removed. I have tried every cleaner!!! Water boiling over stained it. Before cleaning, ensure all controls are off and the surface is cool.
Turn on the Cooktop lockout function (depending on the model) to prevent unintentional use of the burners.
Always follow label instructions on cleaning products.
Do not use steel wool, abrasive powder cleansers, chlorine bleach, rust remover, or ammonia to avoid damaging the cooktop.
Remove food/residue with a scraper designed for ceramic glass cooktops. For best results, use the scraper while the cooktop is still warm but not hot to the touch. It is recommended that you wear oven mitts while scraping the warm cooktop. Hold the scraper at approximately a 45° angle against the glass surface and scrape the residue. It will be necessary to apply pressure to remove the residue.
Apply a few dime-sized drops of affresh® cooktop cleaner / ceramic glass cooktop cleaner to the affected areas. Rub the affresh® cleaner onto the cooktop surface with the blue cooktop scrubbing pad. Reasonable pressure is needed to remove stubborn stains. Allow the cleaner to dry to a white haze before proceeding to Step 3.
Polish with a clean, dry cloth or a clean, dry paper towel. Repeat Steps 1 – 3 as necessary for stubborn or burned-on stains.

Whirlpool Oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this stove back in December and since then I have been having minor problems. The bake temperature won't go up or down on whatever temperature it is on. I hooked up my wifi because that's what the whirlpool technician told me I needed to do. It is still not letting me lower or raise the temperature. I mean all my products are Whirlpool I love Whirlpool but just not sure why my oven is not working correctly.

I need a manual to see how to use it

My range arrived late morning of 2/13/26 and the men spent an hour at the end of the driveway trying to take off the blue protective covering before bringing it in the house. Once installed I found the broiler would not work. I called Jetson Service and scheduled service for March 4th. I tried to go on line for a manual and put in the Model # that was on the stove door-WSES5030SZ0-no such number? I put in the number you gave me-WSES5030SB-no such
number? What gives? I wanted a manual to tell me about my new stove-not one that just tells me how to clean it. 2/23/26-got manual and broiler works fine. Cancelled Jetson service call. That's why a manual would have been helpful from the beginning. Change to four stars. Model # is WSES5030SZ!!!

Easy cleaning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy installation and super easy cleaning. It doesn’t make any noise at all. It heats up really quick and the oven has set options that don’t need to preheat. It is electrical. So if you’re used to gas ranges it will be a change. I used to have a gas range and now I’m getting used to electrical.

Beautiful and full of features that are top notch

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently upgraded to the Whirlpool 30" Electric Smart Range with Air Cook Technology, and after using it for a bit, here are my honest thoughts.
The good first: I really like the look of this range — it has a clean, modern design that instantly updated my kitchen. The oven heats up super fast with the High Speed Preheat, and the different “air” modes are a nice upgrade from a standard oven. The No Preheat Air Fry option is convenient when I want something quick like fries or wings, and the wipe-clean cooktop makes daily cleanups easier than with my old range. I also like that it’s “smart” and can be connected to an app, though I don’t use that feature every day.
That said, it’s not perfect. The burners take longer to boil water than I expected, which can be frustrating when I’m in a hurry. While the air fry mode works, it doesn’t crisp quite as well as my countertop air fryer, so it’s more of a bonus than a full replacement. The glass cooktop also scratches pretty easily if you’re not careful, and the control markings could be easier to read.
Overall, I’d say this is a solid mid-range appliance with a lot of convenience features. If you love the idea of faster preheats, easy cleaning, and having air fry built into your oven, this will be a good fit. But if super-powerful burners or heavy-duty durability are your top priorities, you may want to look at other options.

Sleek stainless steel range with modern features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received a 30 inch Whirlpool smart range from Influenster, for testing purposes, in exchange for our honest opinion about the appliance. First of all, Whirlpool sent out someone to set up our range and ensured that the oven door was stable for child protection, which I didn't even know was a thing! I am blown away by the features that this range offers. On the cooktop there are six burners one of which has a triple element size, another which has a dual element size, two smaller sizes in the upper right and left corners, and a center warming zone. There are many modes including air fry with no preheat, air baking, slow cook, pizza with no preheat, self-cleaning, steam clean, bake, broil, and other modes. There is a bright clock display that includes a timer. Another modern feature is the option to connect this appliance with your smartphone, which unlocks more features that can make cooking/baking more convenient for the home chef. There is also a pull-out drawer which can store baking sheets and other baking tools. There are four knobs on the front, and they have a child protection feature that requires them to be pushed in and turned in order to turn on. I have successfully made brown butter garlic chicken thighs, and baked a sourdough boulé with this range. I am very happy with the results.
