[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good product with exception of noise level. I had a prior kitchen aid dishwater for 8 year and it was amazingly quite, that product for noise level was 10, this model is a 5
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the KitchenAid dishwasher to replace an old one that was outdated. The KitchenAid dishwasher Is easy to use, technologically advanced, efficient, and has many useful features.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only run it once, with good results. I am having a problem finding a place for stemware, that does not contact or conflict with the side walls of the upper rack. Can you show me how to load wine and martini glasses?
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this dishwasher for a while and love it once we figured out how to silence the beeps. It gets our dishes really clean.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just purchased this model and we both like it. Still getting used to control panel on the front of the machine. I do wish we'd thought longer about how many cycles the machine runs - I'd like a couple more options. Also, is it supposed to open itself after every long cycle? Kind of eery to find it open in the morning. All in all, I think it will be find and we hope to love it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have it a couple of weeks I find loading isn’t so good. When you put big dishes in they don’t stand up well no matter how you set them up, small ones also. Loading my old dishwasher was much better.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It just works. Only complaint is that the door automatically opens when the cycle is done and I keep bumping into it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this off the internet, without actually going to see it. Frankly, because of past KitchenAid ownership and reputation. It washes just fine and is very quiet. I don't like all the plastic, which makes it obvious to me that it will have to be replaced much more quickly than past units. I feel the 3rd rack is as much a gimmick as anything - really the only things you can put in there are knives and other flat-type utinsils. Lower rack design leaves a lot to be desired.
