Meets our expectations

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher has met our expectations in most areas. It does a very good job cleaning and drying, and it's relatively quiet. The third tier feature was a big selling point for me. Our previous dishwasher did not have this, so our utensil bins got damaged from putting knives into them face down. Also, knives come out cleaner when washed in the top tier. I also like that the dishwasher automatically opens slightly when the wash is done -- this helps assure that dishes are completely dry when removed. The main thing that I would change is the large space in the middle of the bottom tier. I would have preferred more tines in that space so that more dishes could fit there. But this may not be a problem for everyone; it would depend on the size and shape of your dishes.

Poor design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do not like the design of the lower rack…wasted space. I liked the design of my previous kitchen did. It was 21 years old and had really a lot more room and the design for small bowls on the lower rack was spaced perfectly…I wish I had looked more closely before my purchase. The noise level is great. Very quiet. The drying is good and the cleaning is ok……

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are extremely impressed with the normal wash cycle in that it cleans very well. Also, the express cycle works great except maybe the silverware does not always come out clean. This is our first dishwasher and we love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] dislike that bottom rack utensil rack cannot be relocated to left side to accommodate easy access from wheelchair. old kitchenaid was much more functional for wheelchair users.

Bad product does not function

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dishwasher keeps stopping mid-cycle, leaving dishes soapy and a pool of water in the bottom doesn’t drain. Requested repair services twice already. The dishwasher stopped functioning again two days after first repair. For the second repair, the repair technician missed two separate appointments without notifying me ahead of time. So, the second repair still hasn’t happened and dishwasher still does not work today.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice Dishwasher

Although it has a longer run time that our previous dishwasher (due to utilizing less water), we are very happy with the look of the dishwasher as well as the cleaning of the dishes.
