Very quiet and holds a large amount of dishes,

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall my kitchen aid is great. It's so quiet you can't hear it running. This new dishwasher is very roomy and does a marvelous job at cleaning on all levels. We are very happy. Our previous Kitchen aid lasted us over 23 years.

Good Value Replacement KitchenAid Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My favorite feature is at the end of the cycle the dishwasher opens a slight bit to vent the steam and help dry the dishes, great automated feature add-on that I use consistently. The cleaning is very good and capacity inside the dishwasher is really nice as well. One downside so far is that even thought the noise level is rated similar to my previous KitchenAid dishwasher, I find this one to be substantially louder, it is most likely because there are more jets and cleaning arms then my previous dishwasher but I feel the noise level rating was not accurate for this model, should have been a higher decibel rating. Finally, the rinse aid container is not the easiest to get the liquid into the container, I wish the design was different so I would not spill a couple tablespoons of the liquid in the base of the dishwasher every time I go to fill up the rinse aid container and it is hard to know when to fill it with the bubble/window.
I would recommend this to a friend!

KDFS224SWH gets the job done well on a load of dirty dishes, casserole dishes, stainless steel cutlery and drinking glasses and mugs. The control panel is well-placed and easy to use. The very top pull-out tray is good for small objects that would otherwise get lost in the main part of the dishwasher. The dishwasher is fairly quiet when running, and the door opens automatically when the drying cycle is ended. Although only in use for about 4 months, it is working well and much better than a previous brand we had which was only a few years old when it started to fail.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Excellent Dishwasher
