Just purchased and it works

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a couple weeks ago and it is working. I hope it will be working five years from now, but who can tell. It is quiet as advertised, but that could change if the pumps aren't durable. The third rack is clever, but feels flimsy and loading it is time consuming. I don't care about the fancy modes. I want pumps that last. In fact, give me a mechanical on/off switch that can be cheaply replaced if it goes bad. Here's hoping the premium price means years of durability.

Not as good as my old Kitchenaid.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Washes well but the drying cycle leaves a lot to be desired. My old Kitchenaid did much better at drying. Also center rack feels “flimsy”.
