[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like how this dishwasher loads. And the third rack comes in handy for utensils and small dishes. It's a tad noisy, but not annoyingly so.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the 3rd rack and all the roominess of the other two racks. I’m not quite sure how it has so much more space than my old dishwasher. I do wish it had tines on the entire bottom rack, but I can see the benefit of getting larger items to fit better without them. I am also having to get used to the controls being on the top of the door. I can hardly put anything in the dishwasher without touching them. My last Kitchen Aid dishwasher was 26 years old when we replaced it with this one. It still worked but a piece of the sprayer on the top had broken off. I hope this one is just as reliable.

Quiet and effective

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It took me a while to get used to how this 3-rack dishwasher is configured, since it was much different from my old one. But after a week or two I knew just where to put each type of item. I especially like how it handles cutlery, with the slots to keep everything separate instead of nesting. Another upside: it is very quiet! The only downside: it takes much longer than my old machine to run a full cycle, but now that I'm used to that, I schedule when to run it better, and overall I'm very happy with this dishwasher.

Extremely Happy Choosing this Model

I needed to replace my 11y.o.Kitchenaid dishwasher and chose the KTDS324SPS with some hesitation. My old was her had two racks and I feared that the third rack would prevent me from using it for my large plates and wine glasses however, that isn’t an issue. The bottom rack sits 5” lower than my previous model. The machine is extremely quiet and the dishes come out extremely clean. My only complaint is that I keep slamming the bottom rack when pushing it closed because the other two racks are on tracks and the bottom is on wheels. It will just take me time to get use to it. I was surprised that the base frame and front kick plate are plastic versus metal on my old model.

Good but slow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It does a good job of cleaning the dishes, pots, and pans that I load in. My 1 complaint is that it takes a really long time. Express is still just under 2 hours.
