Not as expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was expecting more from this dishwasher. It's not like my old Kitchain Aid dishwasher. The top rack gets stuck most of the time, so I hardly use it. The sizing feels off because it does not cover my entire kitchen space. The ProDry is not better than the HeatDry. There is some water moisture in the dishes.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best dishwasher I have ever owned!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This KitchenAid dishwasher is by far the best dishwasher I have ever owned and used! The installation was simple and the directions were clear, it took my husband and me around 45 minutes to install the dishwasher. This Kitchenaid model is sleek and clean, with a modern, simplistic, and timeless design. I've never had a dishwasher clean dishes so well, they really sparkle when they come out. It easily removes even the most stubbornly adhered and burned-on food. I will never go back to another dishwasher brand. There is an LED light on the door next to the handle that displays the phases of the washing cycle (washing, drying, complete and paused). I appreciate that the top controls are touch rather than button controls, they are sensitive so you barely have to touch them. Also cleaning the contorls is a breeze. The third rack is fantastic and provides plenty of extra space for small objects, cups, and bowls. I like that I can change the height of the second shelf and that it has a clip to keep my wine glasses firmly on the shelf. I appreciate the cutlery storage since it keeps all of my forks, knives, and spoons separate, making it easier for the dishwasher to clean. Most of the time I run the dishwasher on the ProWash, it is my favorite cycle, at the end of the cycle the dishwasher door will open itself to let out the hot air. I was so amazed the first time this happened. These are the times for all the cycles: ProWash = 2:20hours, Tough= 2:48 minutes, Normal = 3:09 minutes, Express = 1:09 minutes, Rinse only = 25 minutes, and ProDry adds about 30 minutes, ProDry Max adds about 1 hour. The dishwasher has a considerable amount of sound dampening insulation, which makes it quite quiet. I also love that the dishwasher is very energy efficient. I would highly the KitchenAid Third Level Jet Rack Dishwasher!

Beauty and brains

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Three. Three is the magic number, yes it is... and we have 3 levels to stack dishes in and I couldn't be more pleased. This model holds more dishes than I have ever seen in my 50 years of cleaning dishes. And for its maiden voyage I tested it with baked on lasagna pans,plates,silverware and pots and pans. They all came out sparkly clean, As if all of the dishes were brand new and never seen tomato sauce. Simply amazed at the results and how quite it runs. I wish all my appliances ran as quite and as well executed as this dishwasher. This model can also detect soil levels. And the racks can be moved up and down to accommodate larger items, separate compartments for utensils and glassware. It has it all.

❤️ This dishwasher is wonderful! It works well and cleans most everything on the first try. It cleans my dishes very efficiently . This dishwasher is perfect for us. The dishes get so clean and it is so quiet. Great quality👍👍

A Dishwasher That Works Quietly and Efficiently

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This KitchenAid model is a top choice if you want a quiet, high performance dishwasher with strong cleaning coverage, including lots of jets and a third rack, premium materials, and capacity for a full household. It delivers excellent results and flexibility. If I were you, I’d pick it if cleaning performance, quiet operation, and design matter most. If instead you care most about cost and efficiency, I’d check out some compare.

Great dishwasher with great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will not lie, initially I had dishwasher remorse over switching out my reliable dishwasher for this Kitchenaid dishwasher. I was unhappy with something that was my own misunderstanding with the third rack not being secured in upon installation. No fault to kitchenaid! As soon as I resolved my mistake I was thrilled. This dishwasher has great settings, the ability to do a whole cycle clean or a top 2 rack clean. I also love that it opens at the end of the cycle to really ensure your dishes are dry (although I didn’t realize it opens itself for about a week and kept blaming my family members!)
Overall, I think this dishwasher is a great product and I’m very satisfied with it.
