[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had the appliance for about a month and could not be happier. Very Quiet. Washes everything and getting use to the utensil rack on top.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only run it twice and am amazed at how long it runs. I had another kitchenaid for 20 years, hence my loyalty. But I liked the racks in my previous better. I also wish I had a user manual other than what is online.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] KitchenAid told me this model was comparable to our current 25 year old dishwasher. NOT EVEN CLOSE! I'm so sorry we didn't chose a different model or a different brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After the install, I noticed the silverware holder was defective. The two flaps with the slots are supposed to stay up when not in use. They didn’t and fell down. Kitchen aide sent me a new one which was defective. I went back to the store where I made the original purchase. Three of the four models on display had the defective holder. I took the one good silverware holder and walked out the door with it. I left my defective silverware holder.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this KitchenAid third level utensil rack dishwasher to upgrade our current one, and this is an awesome one to upgrade to! This has 30+ total wash jets across 3 wash arms that offer targeted cleaning on every level. The utensil rack holds silverware and serving utensils. This has the ProDry system that dries from every angle with heating elements, water repellent tech, and natural ventilation. There is a ProDry Max option to get the maximum results! This also has triple filtration system that circulates clean water to wash and rinse! Then there is the ProWash Cycle, that automatically adapts wash time and water temperatures based on soil levels. This has a ton of really terrific features! This gets my dishes clean and dry with ease! Installation and set up was quick and easy, the instructions were very helpful during the process. This is a major upgrade compared to my previous one. This one has so many more features and it gets my dishes cleaner than ever. If you are looking to upgrade, or even add a dishwasher, this one would be a terrific option to look in to. I honestly don't have any negative opinions on it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a very nice dishwasher but I don’t like the time it takes to finish even in express. Too long!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cleans fine. Some downers: The door hits the side if the counter it is mounted u under, enought so that to cfully close the door, I have to physically push it to the right to miss the edge of the counter. The racks don't track smoothly when opening and closing, they sort of bind up and require more pushing or pulling force to move them. I wish manufacturers would go back to printing an owner's manual with the appliance. A suprise: the door gets pushed open a small amount when the washer finishes it's cycle. I cant move the this commentary up to proofread it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Solid dishwasher - cleans well - haven’t figured what to put in the third rack - as it is not very deep- not as quiet as I thought it would be but it is quiet Dries well
