Lacking capacity due to shelf design, love light

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the light and the 3rd racks, but the design of the other two racks doesn't make sense. I have heavy fiesta plates and having them face each other isn't practical because they would hit each other. This means I can fit two fewer dinner plates in the dishwasher and two fewer bread and butter plates. The 2nd shelf is also less practical than my prior KitchenAid. I can only use one row for my tall glasses and have not been able to fit many bowls or other things in the remaining area.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Just buy it....you won't regret it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The best dishwasher I've ever owned. It is quiet and cleans very well. Lots of room and the middle shelf does adjust for bigger pan on the bottom shelf. The filter is easy to get to and dont need PhD to figure out how to remove to clean it out. I'm glad I spent my money on this, should have bought this years ago.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had our dishwasher for a few weeks. It works well and is fairly quiet. The dishes look good and clean. The whole process from beginning to end takes about 3.5 hours. No complaints.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dishwasher is extremely quiet,you don’t even know it’s on. Also cleans well with no issues. Drying is great also. I’m enjoying the 3rd rack for large utensils also. I loved my previous Kitchenaid which was 18 years old and still worked but the baskets broke. The cost to replace them was extremely high so I opted for a new dishwasher.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Im delighted with how quiet the machine is when operating. Nice that the door pops open when the cycle is finished. I do wish there was a "countdown" as to how much time was left on the cycle. My last 2 dishwashers had that feature. How long is a cycle anyways?? Cant find that information as there is NO MANUAL included and did not see it on the cumbersome-to-use on line manual.
I would recommend this to a friend!
