Nice exterior

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] No bad issues with this dishwasher yet - using for 2 weeks. I wanted the next model up because it had a better third rack and the two large racks were more flexible. However, for some reason, that model does not come in white. I was willing to spend more money but couldn't because a basic, traditional color was not an option. VERY Disappointing.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 2nd kitchen aid dishwasher. The first one lasted almost 20 years. Although this new dishwasher gets the job done I liked my old one better.
I don’t like how stiff the door is and I’m not happy with the design of the trays for the placement of the dishes and glasses. I will say the new one runs quieter.
I don’t use all the features. I just press normal and start.
I also don’t like there is no steam vent and the door opens at the end of the cycle to vent

The quiet operation.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this off the internet, without actually going to see it. Frankly, because of past KitchenAid ownership and reputation. It washes just fine and is very quiet. I don't like all the plastic, which makes it obvious to me that it will have to be replaced much more quickly than past units. I feel the 3rd rack is as much a gimmick as anything - really the only things you can put in there are knives and other flat-type utinsils. Lower rack design leaves a lot to be desired.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
