[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this replace my 40 y/o dishwasher, that dried dishes lickity split!! This expensive new fanged 3 shelfer, dries well ONLY on pro dry. No one bothered to tell me that they cannot put the HOT coils in the new DW like they used to due to safety issues. Unit came with 2 pages of customer info. would've been nice to have better information. otherwise I would've given you a 5. I called kitchenaid , they were no help at all. AND they couldnt find a repair person in my area , cause their out of state so they were useless.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My second kitchen aide dishwasher. We’ve tried other dishwashers in between the first kitchen aide and our latest purchase, Maytag and Bosch. Nothing compares to a kitchen aide! Quietly cleans, dishes, pots, pans, etc. exception!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, very happy with this purchase. Cleans dishes very well and it is very quiet. Also is a very attractive appliance. The only thing that needs improvement is the soap dispenser which has a very odd closing mechanism.

It runs incredibly quietly, cleans thoroughly, and the third utensil rack is a standout feature. My only minor complaints are the slanted flatware basket and the fact that no user manual was included in the box, requiring an online search. Overall, still a solid five‑star appliance.
