[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher feels like junk! Our former KitchenAid dishwasher was solid, lasted 24-1/2 years. Can't imagine the new KitchenAid lasting more than 3 to 5 years. Everything on this new dishwasher is half the weight of the former one. I'm surprised the bottom rack doesn't break holding the dishes its sooooo thin. When time for a new dishwasher, I will definitely do my research.

The dishes, glassware and silverware consistently look great and the door opening to cool the load is something I did not care about but now I appreciate, plus it airs out the chamber so no musty build up. Great feature. *The control buttons are easy to work with and easy observe what part of the cycle the load is at. Love this. *The main reason I did not list this as 5 star is the shelving movement is wonky, not a smooth in & out slide. I actually worry something will break. *Additionally, the top tray has limited usage because there is not much depth as the silverware slots take up available head space....why have silverware slots if you have a silverware basket below? *Finally, it is quiet but not silent which is fine with us as we used to have to out our ear to our old dishwasher to make sure it had started.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our new dishwasher! The flatwear slideout tray makes it so easy to load and unload. The best feature is how incredibly quiet it is during the cycles. The dog food can covers stay put and there is no detergent residue taste on our dishes. The stainless interior is so much better than the plastic interior of our old dishwasher.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer replaced a Maytag that leaked all over my kitchen floor causing water damage. This washer seems quieter and I like the rack placement which allows you to stack alot of various sized dishes. The washer does a good job cleaning all food residue off glass wear and plastic items.Hopefully this washer last more than 5 years. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The motor is strong and the vibrations can be heard throughout the house. Do not operate while experiencing a headache. Everything else seems to work great.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cleans well. Silverware compartment on bottom rack hold less silverware than our 3 yr old model of essentially same dishwasher. Want the old compartment back. Can’t mix silver plate on bottom with stainless on top rack.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dish washer is so nice. The inside is big and fits a lot of dishes and glasses. The third rack for silverware is great. Our silverware dry completely!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loving it, great dish washer, everything always sparkling clean! Great drying system! Worth paying extra for it!
