Much improved dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great new machine with new upgrades. bought this for new home had many Kitchen aid dishwashers in the past. Like new layout of washing space holds a lot.. Controls are better defined and easy to use. very quiet operation . Drying cycle ending with door opening assures dishes, even plastic items, are dry at the end of the wash cycle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This KitchenAid model no. KDFS224SWH gets the job done well on a load of dirty dishes, casserole dishes, stainless steel cutlery and drinking glasses and mugs. The control panel is well-placed and easy to use. The very top pull-out tray is good for small objects that would otherwise get lost in the main part of the dishwasher. The dishwasher is fairly quiet when running, and the door opens automatically when the drying cycle is ended. Although only in use for about 4 months, it is working well and much better than a previous brand we had which was only a few years old when it started to fail.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Excellent Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with my KitchenAid dishwasher. Quiet, washes great. Well laid out to hold allot. The top utensil tray is very useful and handy. Dries well. We like the fact it automatically opens once done drying. Well made dishwasher.

Very pleased with this dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this dishwasher (Model KDFS224SPS) to replace one that was over 20 years old and finally gave up. This dishwasher has been a fantastic addition to our kitchen and quite an upgrade from our old one! It cleans the dishes thoroughly (I have had no issues with spotting), is relatively quick with it's cycles and leaves my dishes dry and clean when the cycle is complete.
The capacity of this dishwasher is better than any I've ever seen in this size. It even has an extra rack in the very top of the machine for utensils and smaller items, saving the space below for the larger items. Great design idea and gives more room for more dishes.
With low noise and great cleaning capability, I am very pleased with my purchase.
I would recommend this to a friend!
