Poor to no instructions

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very disappointed with this product. There was minimal instructions with this dishwasher! I really struggled to learn how to use the product. The Kitchen aid logo on the front has partially been removed. Looks shabby for a brand new dishwasher. I had to wait one month to have it installed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the 3rd rack

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced an 18 year old Kitchen Aid dishwasher. I wanted the same brand due to its longevity. I am very pleased with the quiet operation, low volume button chimes, and my 3rd rack for oddball pieces. The pointless finish on the unit is a huge bonus!

Broke after first use. Still awaiting repair

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the dishwasher over one month ago. After the first use, the coupler that connects the bottom spray bar to the washer melted and disconnected the bar. The repairman came out, and told us that this is a common problem and he had already seen several similar complaints that day. We are now awaiting for the repairman to obtain the needed part to come back and make the repair. In the meantime we are able to use the top two shelves and although those clean well it is ridiculous that a brand new washer should break like this.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My previous dishwasher had been working well for 13 years, top brand. This time I select KitchenAid, I believe KitchenAid is top brand as well. It is pretty good, but still has some room for improvement.
1. No Darin Hose included in the package, I checked user manual and installation guide, and found no package checklist.
2. I installed it myself, so I could see more installation details other user can not see. For example, Insulation cotton is not attached to the machine, it is easy to shift off the best location during installation.
3. Customer Service call can not be reached. Online live chat just send customer service number to me, no realistic help.
