Quiet and cleans wonderfully

Plastic garbage can thinks it’s a dishwasher!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has to be the most expensive piece of plastic out there. Almost nothing on this dishwasher is metal. I am a contractor and have seen hundreds of dishwashers installed over the years and I bought this brand because I thought it was good. Well unfortunately it is not. The toe kick is plastic which I have never seen before. Even the parts that are metal aren’t even screwed onto the unit they just snap into place making everything fit extremely loose. The insulation/noise dampening fabric draped over the unit isn’t even glued on so when you slide the dishwasher in it just falls off the unit on top of that it’s very light and not dense at all which is needed for it to be useful. I really wish I would have looked at a display unit before buying this expensive plastic garbage can. For the same price any other brand it better. I’m extremely disappointed on the overall quality of this unit.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Quiet, Spacious, and Outstanding Cleaning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m very happy with this dishwasher. Although we’ve only had it for about a month, it has performed exceptionally well so far. It does an excellent job cleaning dishes, even heavily soiled items, and everything comes out spotless. The capacity is great and easily accommodates a full load of dishes, pots, and pans. It also dries dishes very well, which is a huge plus. Another feature I appreciate is how quiet it is while running. Overall, it performs well, has plenty of space, and operates with very little noise. Based on our experience during the first month, I would definitely recommend it.

Poor first performance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The very first time DW was used, at least 6 plates came out with dark spots. These were not food or soap residue. Almost looked like dark and light mold spots (but they weren't mold). Spots do not scrub off. Spoke with service dept at store and they sent out a service person under warranty. Service person had never seen this before. was here for an hour but came up with no solution. He spoke with "engineers" also who didn't have a solution. Told me to run it empty with heavy load settings, which I did. Second wash with dishes produced similar spots, but not as bad. Have not run a third time as it keeps ruining my dishes. There are a few hits on Google about this that reference potential factory grease or coatings that were oversprayed but tech did not seem to think that was the cause.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It’s just ok.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I hate the very top rack as it interferes with my glasses in the rack just below it and I find it useless. I also dislike the run cycle. Waayyyy too long. I was expecting to have a one hour quick cycle but no. The “quick” cycle is two hours. It’s nice and quiet and I like the option for the controls on the very top. I would get a different one next time. It gets my dishes clean but I would expect that from any dishwasher. I’m a rinser anyway.
