Damaged dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had a previous Kitchen Aid dishwasher for over 10 years. It was wonderful. I just purchased this brand new Kitchen Aid dishwasher and within days there was a dent in the inside of the dishwasher. Only my husband and I use the dishwasher. We are very careful. But what we have discovered is that the problem is a design function. There is a rod sticking out the shelf that hits the stainless interior and evidently damaged it. We are very DISAPPOINTED! We owned our other Kitchen Aid dishwasher for 10 years and it had no dents at all! It was obviously built much better. Can you help together this repaired. Contacted the store that sold it to us and they were no help! HELP!

Terrible first impression

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first time we used the machine after installation the machine error coded out- F4 E8 and continued to flash error codes and drain all night long. Very disappointing and immediately lost trust in the appliance. We called the licensed plumber that had installed it and had him look at it and he could not find anything wrong with the water connections so we may be reaching out to KitchenAid for assistance.

The best dishwasher we've ever owned!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best dishwasher we've ever owned. The capacity is great with the third rack. Dishes come out clean and dry in no time. The machine is very quiet, and without a front handle, we don't constantly bump into it. If it lasts as long as our previous KitchenAid, it will be the perfect dishwasher!

Great dishwasher

The washer holds great capacity and the cleaning is much better than my prior brand Love the drying feature and it s so quiet you done know it’s on. The filter captures excess food and is easily cleaned Only is is the controls often get touched inadvertently
