[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s so nice to have a dishwasher that actually cleans the dishes, even when we have only scraped most of the food off. I would have given 5 stars if it weren’t for one day I opened the “cleaned” dishwasher to find the soap pod sprayed across the lower part of the door and into the bottom and on two of the items. I had to wash those two items and ran the dishwasher again on rinse to get rid of the caked on soap. You will love how quiet it is and how sparkly clean the glassware gets.

Live the design! Can load many more dishes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The design of the dishwasher is excellent! I love the three racks and the silverware holder that ensures that each piece of silverware is separated. Had an initial problem with being able to close the dishwasher when attempting to run second load. The 2nd rack was hitting the front interior raised panel in the door. I unloaded and reloaded the rack in a different configuration and the door would close. The dishwasher apparently requires scrubbing of dishes prior to loading. I put in some glasses that had dried liquids in the bottoms, and one glass that had a thin film of dried kefir. They did not come clean. So I know to continue to scrub and rinse before loading, as I have always done. Otherwise, the dishes come out sparkly clean!

Wonderful dishwasher!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this new dishwasher nearly two months ago and it's been wonderful! It's easy to load and has a lot more room than my old one because of the third rack. It's quiet and fast, and the dishes are sparkling clean!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the dishwasher as a replacement for an older model that was going. It was 20 years old. This newer model has features that aren't needed. I've locked the control panel so many times just by opening the dishwasher. Cleaning or wiping it down locks the panel. It's too sensitive. The Pro dry feature of opening the dishwasher is useless because items are still wet when emptying the dishwasher. My husband also said we will be lucky to get 5 years out of this one because it's mostly made of plastic. The other had metal parts which attributed it lasting so long. I only went back to Kitchenaid because of past reliability. If it goes in 5 years I doubt I would because it cause way too much for an appliance.

Really quiet. Cleans well

It’s huge!

I bought this one but didn’t study it in the store. It is huge inside! It has so much more room than what our old dishwasher had - I don’t understand how this is possible since it sits in the same place.
