Quiet dishwasher.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We have had our new dishwasher for a little less than a month now so have not used many of the settings. However, our main objective was to have a quiet dishwasher and this dishwasher delivers. You would hardly know it is running it is so quiet. It has three levels, the top of which is for utensils and shallow dishes. Overall, it cleans very well and there is much more space than in our older previous dishwasher. So far I am very impressed.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Get back to basics

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It cleans. My 20 y/o Kenmore we replaced did the same. Controls on top is an awful concept. Third rack is useless and in the way. I cannot put in any large pots and pans unless I remove the 2nd rack altogether. I used to put knives, spatulas etc right in the silverware basket-no problem. This arrangement, they will not fit. Not enough height anymore; made room for a 3rd useless rack. Wasted space, 3rd rack obsolete if you are daily cook or baker. Takes 2 loads now to wash all the dishes. Normal dinner plates can fit in only when the 2nd rack is raised. Auto-opening the door to air dry totally wet dishes is insane. One must use power wash and power dry and shut off the auto door opening to use like a normal dishwasher of 20 yrs ago. Doing that takes over 2 hrs and 45 minutes for dishes to get done. Who designed this? Someone who has never been in a kitchen? Wine glass holders? Yeah, that's important.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good machine and features

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I bought this in May when there was a sale and installed in July. It replaced another KitchenAid dishwasher which was getting time to retire. The new machine works great, I like the top third rack, can get more items in there as compared to my older model. The large tub is nice, controls are sensitive, a light touch with a finger and it’s ready to go. Very quiet when running and I really like the door open feature, when the cycle has ended. Dishes are clean. All is good so far, and expect many years of maintenance free use from it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the most quiet dishwasher I've ever not heard! You can't even tell it's on. It is very sturdy. The shelves are spaced out well and not flimsy. The appearance is very high end. It is so spacious. Very large capacity. Multiple cycle options, and when complete, the door auto opens. I love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher is super quiet and the third rack at the top adds so much space. Easy to operate, very efficient, dishes are squeaky clean, and there is no filter to clean.
