[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cleans and drys well. Only complaint is their documentation is terrible. While the installation instructions are detailed, the usage instructions are barely there and info on features is so brief as to be useless.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The roomie third rack is the real deal!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had previous kitchenaid dishwasher for 16 yrs. On the new model it doesn't have the web basket that I liked so much on front of the bottom rack . So I kept the other , kitchenaid should add this back to their product.

Great features and clean dishes and glasses

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this a month ago and still trying to figure out the best way to load and if we need to rinse or not. We’ve been experimenting every time we run it to see where is best to put certain dishes . We watched several videos of the best way to load it but are finding certain dishes work better in different angles or places in the dishwasher. The only thing I disliked right away was the silverware holder. Our silverware is heavy and we couldn’t comfortably use the rack it came with, we removed the separator and just put them in different slots. The pro dryer is amazing. We like the extra space this dishwasher has.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Spacious, modern, and cleans dishes from every pos

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loving this KitchenAid 360 MaxJets dishwasher. You barely hear anything at all when the dishwasher is running. The option I have has a black sleek exterior made of stainless steel that has a fancy finish that resists smudges and fingerprints. I didn’t notice any fingerprints at all. The interior is also stainless steel, which is a plus for me as well because I know it will last me a long time. I was hesitant with the darker color and unsure whether it would look right in my light colored kitchen with white linoleum and tan walls, BUT I absolutely love the color with my current decor!
It cleans dishes VERY well. I’ve been using for almost a week and I use loads and loads of dishes in my home due to my cosmetic formulating hobby. Sometimes, there are really tough stains like waxes or pigments and this thing gets every single angle from all directions and blasts away all remaining residue. Every load has come out free of any residual product.
I appreciate the sani rinse setting because my dishes are sanitized before they leave the dishwasher. This is another nice feature with me having my formulating hobby. I know none of my dishes will have mold or anything questionable on them. The Hi temp setting is also great because it uses extra hot water and it completely removes those stubborn food particles.
I like that on the display screen it gives you a digital timer for how long the load will take to wash. It has a modern and high tech feel and it’s an upgrade for me since I’m used to just indicator lights. You know exactly when you will have clean dishes.
The dishwasher is very spacious and holds so many dishes. It has a good amount of space in between racks, so that it can hold really large pots without cramming everything in. I love the 3rd rack( top rack) for the smaller items and separating by size. The dishes on the 3rd rack have all come out sparkling clean like the 2 bottom racks. It has 360 degree wash jets and they really do get your dishes clean from all different angles. Also the drying system on this dishwasher works SO well, all dishes are clean, completely dry, and sanitized. Also a plus that it is part of the Eco series, so it saves me money and uses less energy. This KitchenAid dishwasher has a very modern feel, it’s spacious , and has amazing cleaning abilities! Makes my life easier with no heavy scrubbing during prewash. Highly recommended if you’re in the market for a dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher has exceeded my expectations. I love that it has a third rack for me to put all my utensils. It runs quiet all through the cycle. It has multiple cycle options to choose from including opening the door to let out the humidity and moisture. I ran a small load (placed dishes on all 3 racks) to test it and my dishes can out clean. This dishwasher is beautiful and fancy. I've never had one like this. Highly recommend!

High end look with unique, efficient features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is a MAJOR upgrade from my last one. My house is modern contemporary so I was excited to incorporate the black ore finish. It is so sleek and expensive looking. I like it so much more than the normal black or stainless steel. It almost looks like polished dark cement, which I love. I am obsessed. I would say the finish is fingerprint resistant. I put my hands all over it and while it mostly doesn't show most prints, it does in a few instances. I do like the hidden buttons on the top that illuminate when touched. It will take some time getting used to their location. When closing or opening the door, I tend to accidentally bump them with my thumb. The inside of the tub is all stainless steel which means it is well-built and will last a lot of use. The 3 racks inside allow for so many dishes and utensils. As a new mom that now washes many, many small bottle parts, it is very appreciated. The top rack has limited use. It can hold small or short items like flat utensils, cups or mugs. The 2nd rack is adjustable so can be moved higher or lower. It also has special hooks and rubber bumpers to hold precious wine glasses. The bottom rack has nice utensil holders that can be moved or removed. I do wish that the holes were all the large size (some are smaller) since my utensils can't fit width wise in the small holes. The dishwasher does have several really cool features. The eject/open door at the end of the cycle is one of my favorites. It pops open the door when the cycle is finished to prevent mold and air dry if you forget. The whole cycle is extremely quiet - don't even know it's on most of the time. There is a self cleaning filtration system with no maintenance which is awesome. There is a foreign object cup that protects the pump and pops up for easy removal. The pro dry cycle really dries the dishes well but it does take longer. I did have a quick cycle of 28 minutes on my old one which is a big difference to the quick cycle of 1 hr 10 minutes on this one. Overall I am very impressed with the features and quality and equally in love with the elevated look and finish.
