Love this!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently moved into a condo and replaced the appliances. I've had several KitchenAid dishwashers and have never been disappointed in them. I absolutely love the third rack, the cycle choices - especially the automatic open door drying, and also how quiet it is.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the capacity, the third rack, the cleaning performance. So quiet I can hardly hear it even when I’m listening for it. My only problem is the soap dispenser doesn’t close so easily, it takes multiple tries to get it to stay shut. Other than that, it’s a 5 star machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only time will reveal its reliability. After a month, there have been zero complaints. You can barely hear the machine running, even when standing right next to it. Everything dries completely, with no need to hand dry the plastics. A fantastic upgrade.

Good dishwasher/but lights should display on front

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I think the dishwasher does a good job cleaning. However, I don't understand why all of the indicator lights at the top of the door. I understand people want a sleek look, but you can't see the timer counting down nor the other lights unless you open the door. (The dishwasher I originally ordered was unavailable, so I was upgraded to this one. I was unaware the lights would be at the top of the door.). Also, there is very little information on each of the drying options available. Could you not put a QR code in the very brief instructions that are included with the dishwasher, that goes into more detail regarding the functionality of each option? Also, there is no indicator light for the rinse aid? How do you know if you are low? Also, I would like more options to be able to start the dishwasher in 2, 4, or 6 hours. I do appreciate the three racks and the pull out silverware basket. Also, it is fairly quiet when running.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this dishwasher. Huge capacity, dries everything 98% of the time (items it doesn’t fully dry are usually the lids to water bottles that got flipped over so there’s water in the cap, totally understandable). I had a Frigidaire dishwasher before this that was horrible with plastic ware and I was spending soooo much time hand drying everything. Even worse the Frigidaire would get mold if the items weren’t taken out the same day. The days of that are done! This KitchenAid dishwasher is quiet, cleans everything perfectly and dries everything too!! The power wash cycle with the power max dry is a bit long but honestly who is rushing to unload the dishwasher? I’m a mom of 2 young kids (3 & 4.5) and with all the plastic dishes and cups, this truly has been one of my best purchases.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Terrible layout!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher cleans very well and is spacious. It dries really well. So why 3 stars? The layout to load dishes is aggravating to say the least. Dishes just don’t fit well. The front spacing in the 2nd rack allows items to fall through. Even the tracks that can be somewhat customized isn’t very helpful. I probably would buy another LG after this experience.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
