Induction is the way to go!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After having a gas stove for 35 years, we moved to a house that had electric. Five years in and I couldn’t take it anymore, I missed the flexibility and control of gas. Then I researched induction stoves and this stove has been absolutely perfect! Quickly changes heat settings without any lag or having to take the pan off the surface. And the oven features are incredible, air fryer, convection, and cannot wait to try the sous vide feature!

Fridgadaire Gallery Induction Range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very impressed with this range. Induction is new to me and I like it. I can boil water or boil eggs quickly. When I remove the pan the "eye" turns off automatically within 30 seconds. I bought new stainless steel cookware that would work with this induction range. Most impressive is that the range is Energy Efficient!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While you need magnetic cookware, the Induction range works very well. Excellent and almost instant control over the heat of whatever you are cooking/frying. It does take some getting used to when using induction cooking and I find that I start cooking at lower temps than using a conventional electric stove. The oven bakes very evenly both using conventional and convection baking. I am not thrilled about the bottom heating element being concealed, but I knew that before purchasing and it does make for easier oven cleaning. The Temperature probe is really nice and works well. We have not tried the air fry mode.
