convoluted and complx

the product was a bit difficult. I have installed 5 GDO and this was the most challenging. the "myQ" app is totally deplorable

failed to operate, troubleshooting guide is not helpful

Still trying to make it work. Solid lights on sensors but multiple beeps & flashing lights when trying to set up/down limits. Troubleshooting guide does not cover this. Be prepared to buy door stabilizer and mounting brackets ($50 total at HD$$$).

Good opener but features lack

No integration with Alexa though linked to Amazon Key. App doesn’t seem to work when I’m away from home on 5G. No way I’ll pay for a security plan when lacking important features.

More features than what I need

I had a Chamberlain opener [9200] that was guaranteed for life. It failed because of the logic board. They stopped making those boards 1 Mar 23. There were none in stock. So I was offered this B6753T as a free replacement and a Certified installer at no cost. First I had the installer back twice for what I considered issues, he claimed it was perfect. 1. When the door opens and the door lifts to the full open position, it stops with a thud shaking the head unit. During the lift/closing it is far from quiet, a groaning annoying sound. It is solidly mounted to the rafters that amplify the sound. I can hold the case and somewhat quiet the groan. [ I have a 2 car garage and have a Chanberlain GDO, belt driven and I can hardly hear it when opening closing] I guess I expected the same from this new one. 2. I am 73" and the bottom of the new one [camera] sits at 80"] . I removed the release rope due to hitting my head when I walked past. 3. The LED lights, being this low are absolutely blinding bright, must put my hand over my eyebrow to see, hastily going for the light off button. 4. What might be considered a feature, I get several pages of notification of the door opening and closing on my cell phone, in addition to motion notices. I am about to configure it with no notification at all. I already have cameras in the garage to monitor activity. Now with the camera in the down position, these cameras show a nice green light from the Chamberlain camera disturbing my installed camera visibility. In the mean time, I have closed the camera, put some black electrical tape over the motion detector on the wall switch. 5. Two of my vehicles have Home Link, that are no longer compatible with this new system. I would have to buy an adapter of some sort to make them functional again. Life was simple when I had the previous GDO, This "upgrade" has removed normal functions and gave me more headaches. Never the less, I appreciate Chamberlain assistance when they honored their warranty and gave me a no cost replacement.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
