Low Maintenance Door

Love the belt drive and it’s low maintenance. Camera validates remote operation. Which it directly communicated with Alexa; only negative.
Pros: quiet, reliable, easy to install

Sooooooooooooooo quiet!

I had this installed about 4 months ago along with a new garage door. Being away from our primary residence for an extended period each summer, this was the perfect solution for keeping a watchful eye on our property. Especially since we leave a car in the garage. Now I know when anyone comes and for what. Our house sitter will come periodically and it's comforting to be able to see his activity and that everything is closed up when he leaves. By having a built-in camera, I no longer have to fuss with an extra camera that we have had in the garage for several years.

Perfect for my household

It’s great to have specially when you have grandchildren coming over to visit and they are outside in front of the garage to view and make sure everything’s OK

New Garage door opener

It has been installed 2 weeks ago - I'm not so impressed my old Chamberlain garage door opener was much more quieter than this one - When opened or closed I can ear from the upstairs floor!! My old one was much ...much more silent.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Quiet, Fast and Secure

We recently installed this unit in our garage and I'm impressed. We had an older model and the improvements I've seen right away is how quiet the model is and how quickly the garage closes. The camera function is hands down the reason we upgraded and we are so glad Chamberlain added this feature. We have a lake house that we're not at all the time and this camera function helps us feel secure, while allowing deliveries to happen when we aren't there. Love this!
