It's okay, but not great, especially for the price

I purchased two of these to replace my very old Liftmaster openers. The install was easy and straightforward and everything works just as advertised with no issues out of the box. It's very quiet and smooth.
What I don't like about this opener is the downgraded opener wall controls. No LED Display? Speaking of LED's, they have a yellow hue and not a bright white like a great opener should have. The biggest disappointment is the range of the opener to receive signal from either the included remotes or from my truck. WHY is there no way to add an external or extended antenna on this?
I'm sure customer support will respond with a canned response and provide a number to which I can reach out. Save the time and just show me where I can add an external antenna so I can open these from a few hundred feet away.
Pros: battery backup, quiet, easy to install, WiFi Capable

Life time on motor and belt, very very quite and smooth with the camera put a nice option and battery back up I can still open the garage door when the power is out and clear instructions from the app and easy to install.

very easy to follow

Installation was very simple. One tip that wasnt listed is to remove the old track and trolly and motor unit before installation. I originally believed that the track and trolley was univeral but i quickly realized it was not. Something that would be helpful in the instructions is how to use an Ohm meter to identify wiring when installing a replacement unit or youre installing in a pre-wired garage. The only thing I didnt like was if you accidently hit the close program button the only two options were "installation complete" or " Ill finish later". How about an X in the top right corner to close those that screen because you may have accidently pressed the exit button while setting the phome down. Overall the instructios were simple and clear.

BILT video installation instructions work really well. Features of this opener with MyQ, and video surveillance are just what I was looking for in an opener. Powerful motor moves with ease.
