Give me a booklet. Forget this whole internet crap. I live in a rural area and had to get home then leave again to get service to go back and install then go back to service for any questions

Terrible customer service

Bought in July. Never worked. Under warranty but they refuse to send someone to service it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy assembly and setup with the BILT app. Step by step illustration made it very easy to follow along.

horrible installation instructions

the worst instructions I've seen in a long time. they contradict themselves in place and leave out key information in other places. they also refer to page numbers and steps in an "installation manual" or "user manual" that are not provided.

Excellent garage door opener with "BILT" 3D instructions!

Everything went very well with the installation instructions. Everything worked perfectly on its maiden voyage, including the reversing door sensors. Only issue is the backup battery is not taking a charge. Will contact support.
