Nice garage door opener

Only been up a few hours but so far it seems really nice. My only complaints, I wish you could turn the lights off especially during the daytime hours or at least turn the time down to 30 seconds. Im working on figuring a work around at the moment. Other than that the opener is much quieter and smoother than my old chain drive.

will not open or close. will not work. re checked instructions 3 times. now i have to spend more ,oney for tech. wete is help orntroubles shooting guide. woll not recommend product.

Great opener, just missing one thing

Bought this to replace an old chain-drive opener and it's much quieter and smoother during operations. I love having notifications on my phone when it's used.
Installation was pretty easy (I'm an average husband/handyman) and the BILD instructions were very clear.
As others have mentioned, I really wish they would add ONVIF support for the camera. That's really the only thing keeping this from being an amazing solution. Since video functionality is an advertised feature for the owner, I'm taking two stars for the limitation.
Pros: battery backup, Packaged Well, quiet, Stylish, easy to install, WiFi Capable

The instructions for the pully bolt is incorrect. The head of the bolt uses a 5\8" wrench or socket.
