a few items missing

when assembling the rail,it was not mentioned that the end piece should have a specific orientation for the bolt to retain the pulley be in the correct orientation. when attaching the brackets for the electronic sensors, it me to check page 12 of the installation instructions, but the unit didnt come with a paper manual. some od the door adjustment steps were different but not significantly so.

It got me installed and running

It would help if they discussed removing the old unit. No reference to adding an extension rail if needed. Resulting in my need to disassemble the rail again. No mention that the screws for the sprocket cover are already on the unit, need to be removed and used for install. The belt seems very loose when the door is up. How do I fix that?

Missing parts, poorly explained instructions.

Third step tells me to put a NOT INCLUDED bolt and locknut in the rail. Did NOT show anything regarding which is top/bottom for the rail. I’m ASSUMING the custom made “bolt” included is the one, but a picture would be NICE! If there’s a video, how about a REAL installation video, instead of a 3-D “sorta works” video!

I installed it and it ran through 49 cycles and gave the error code that the logic board is bad and needs to be replaced

Install was not that easy.

Door opener is ok. Install left some room for clarification that didn’t have answers in the paper manual or online app. Sensors didn’t not initially fit with hurricane door bracing and did require some modifications to fit. I bought 2 units, would buy again.

Fairly simple to install if you have completed one before. I like the quietness of the belt drive and it having a backup battery.
