Would not buy again.

Chamberlain does not support as many third-party interfaces as other brands do. The instructions on which way to orient the pulley is poor. I was trying to hook up the belt and I realized the trolley was on backwards. The wall brackets to attach the track are flimsy.

Good tutorial, 3D helps a lot!

You need some basic knowledge, but if you follow the tutorial, it shouldn't be a problem to install this unit. I replaced a chain/ gear unit with this belt drive one, so it wasn't a bear bone install. Good luck!

Great opener with a lot of features. But it is a job to get it installed if you do it yourself.

Count on working at least most of a day. They say 4 hours however if you’re replacing an old unit, along with new springs, as I did, it actually took about a day and a half. You need to dismantle the old one. Though has nothing to do with Chamberlain. I bought two and just finished the first. So hope the second goes faster.

unclear on trolly directions had to dis assemble. Really sucks having to use cell phone for install instrucions
