Excellent machine, best coffee production. Your beans matter but your machines ability to process your beans matters more. Such incredible features. Variety is amazing. Wonderful to be able to wow guests with quality, unique at home coffees, and always consistent high quality

easy to use machine and the personal settings are key. I just find you have to empty the water tray way to often as it fills up after half a dozen coffees. Makes very good assorted coffees.

I would rate it as a solid 4 1/2 stars.
We are very, very happy with this espresso machine.
Pros:
Sound level, menu/selections, Latte-Go system, ease of cleaning, space on kitchen counter, 4 profiles, hot-water, smoothness of espresso..., can add an extra shot...

Middling (Ok, but could be better):
No option to get a bigger cup, we run 2 cycles to get our lattes,
used grounds bin could be bigger and not trigger as many false positive "full" errors... sometimes after only one cup...,
water level marker on bin not easy to see, I added 2 sharpie lines
tinted bean cover makes it hard to see (usual location would be under a kitchen cabinet) if you are getting low and you end up relying on the error prompt.
The beans do not slide down without coaxing, should be redesigned.
The Latte-Go container could have a larger base, so it would feel less tipsy in the fridge. The tray that holds your cup should have a small bump-out because the Latte-Go dispenser makes you put your cup on the edge.

Website to register the product in included leaflet does not work... layout of printed documentation and QR-codes should be simpler.

We have used the machine everyday since it came in and have added water everyday, beans about 2-3 times a week and milk usually twice a day; I empty the grounds at least once a day, and the tray as well. I have received 'false positive' "grounds bin needs emptying", the tray under the cup holder can get quite full, and care is needed if you have a distance to the sink.
None of the cons or could be better items are show stoppers for us, we have no hesitations in recommending the machine; the extra years of warranty when registering are a nice touch, and make you feel a bit confident of the purchase.
